This book was really well written. Telecommunications law is sticky, at best, but this author/editor got to the core of the issues without making anything too convoluted. THose guys deserve a big old "GOOD JOB!"
It is a very good book and complete. But it is very difficult to read. You need to know a lot of law, especially administrative law to make the most.
