Unfortunately I had highlighted some text in the beginning of the book so I can't return it. Perhaps it's a bad batch. Regardless, it's filled with formatting, grammar, spelling and poor word choice errors. Just one of the many (many) examples: 'A cumulative flow diagram shows the amount of problems in every.' ... yep, that's it -- period, the end of the sentence. Another one: 'Would you rather benefit a business which is concerned only about profits, or maybe job for a camera which cares much more for its employees?' Maybe job for a camera??? Another one: 'The one downside at this point is the fact that the users resist change of every type, and sandals that fear the unavoidable future breakup of the team.' Yes, 'sandals'. The book is written with a conversational style so the reader can figure out what the overall context is but it's immensely frustrating. I tried to find some link to contact a real person at Amazon, to no avail. My edition was marked copyrighted 2019 by Gary Metcalfe. So, if you do purchase a copy -- hold off on marking it up so you can return it if need be. #30bucksdownthedrain
